With
Sovereign Realty you will be represented by ethical Real Estate Professionals
who will have your
best interests in mind at all times. We will determine your needs, work
diligently on your behalf, and keep you informed throughout your real estate transaction.
You should not
assume that any real estate broker or salesperson represents you unless you agree to
engage a real estate licensee in an authorized brokerage relationship. You are advised not
to disclose any information you want to be held in confidence until you make a decision on
representation.
It is Sovereign Realtys policy to represent
Buyers or Tenants as a Buyers - Tenants Agent and to represent
Sellers or Landlords as a Sellers - Landlords Agent.
Sovereign Realty will, in some circumstances, represent both parties in a
transaction. This only happens with the written approval of both
parties and creates a Dual Agency relationship.
Sovereign Realty may
also act as a Transaction Broker. whereby SR does not formally represent
either party, but works diligently and ethically to help facilitate real estate
transactions and perform ministerial tasks.
Whether a Sovereign Realty
agent
represents the Buyer or the Seller - the Tenant or the Landlord - or both, the
Agent is required under Real Estate Agency
Law to act honestly and fairly with each party in every transaction.
Sovereign Realty is committed to ethical, professional
